Terms of Use

The full text of this document is provided in English only. Translations are for convenience; the English version prevails.

Welcome to NiceHand.win (the "Platform"). This Terms of Service and Service Agreement ("Agreement" or "T&C") constitutes a legally binding agreement between the user ("User", "Member", or "you") and NiceHand.win ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

This document is being updated for Nice Hand. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before you play.

This Platform operates strictly as a Subscription-Based Digital Platform with Promotional Free-to-Play Sweepstakes. It is not a real-money gambling, online casino, or sports betting platform. No real-money wagering, betting, or cash buy-ins for individual games are permitted on this Platform.

By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

About NiceHand

Nice Hand is a subscription-based poker tournament platform. Players enter eligible tournaments using non-monetary Nice Hand Points (PTS), including free PTS collected from the daily check-in, and progress through a tournament pathway:

Daily Qualifying Tournaments (20 PTS) → Top two invited → Monthly Championship (0 PTS, invitation only) → Sponsored Pro Staking Contract (USD 10,000–20,000)

The specific tournament structure, schedules, qualification requirements, and prizes may vary by event.

Eligibility

2.1 Age requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to register an account and participate in any Platform activities.

2.2 Jurisdiction restrictions (geo-blocking). The Platform uses geolocation compliance. Participation in premium membership tiers or sweepstakes is strictly prohibited for residents of jurisdictions where subscription-based sweepstakes are unlawful. Restricted areas include, but are not limited to, the US states of Washington, Idaho, Michigan, and Nevada. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with your local law.

2.3 Verification. We may require identity, age, location, or eligibility verification at any time.

Account Registration

Players must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.

You must not:

  • Provide false information
  • Impersonate another person
  • Create an account for another person
  • Use another person's account
  • Submit fraudulent documents

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.

One Account Per Player

Each individual user may create and maintain only one (1) active account.

Multi-accounting, account sharing, or the use of automated bots will result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of any accrued points or prizes.

Nice Hand may investigate and take action against suspected multiple-account activity.

Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.

Do not share your:

  • Password
  • PIN
  • Verification code
  • Login credentials
  • Account access

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact Nice Hand support immediately.

Membership Tiers and Subscription Fees

6.1 Subscription business model. The Platform charges fixed subscription fees for access to digital services, including premium avatar assets, data analytics tools, and educational e-sports poker modules. Subscriptions do not constitute buy-ins, stakes, or entry wagers for any individual game.

6.2 Plan structure. The Platform currently offers the following tiers. Points (PTS) granted with a plan are platform action credits used to enter tournaments.

  • Free-to-Play Tier: USD 0. Eligible for complimentary daily check-in points of up to 0 PTS per month (up to 0 Daily Qualifying Tournament entries), and other promotional point allotments, to enter the same qualifying tournaments.

6.3 Billing and renewal. Each payment covers one 30-day period. Memberships are paid through the payment methods offered at checkout (for example GCash and other authorized processors). There is no automatic recurring charge: a membership ends at the end of its period unless you renew it yourself. If you pay for a new plan while a membership is active, the new 30-day period is added after the current one and your plan changes to the one you purchased. Points granted with a membership are credited when the payment is confirmed.

6.4 No refunds. All digital purchases and subscriptions are strictly non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry)

7.1 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). In strict compliance with US Federal, Texas State, and Japanese consumer protection laws (the Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations), no purchase or paid subscription is required to win any high-value prize or staked tournament package.

7.2 Equal opportunity. Free Tier members receive regular, free point allotments through the daily digital check-in (20 PTS per day, up to 0 PTS per month) and promotional codes. These points allow entry into the identical Daily Qualifying Tournaments (QT) that feed into the Monthly Championship. Paid plans provide more entries; they never provide a different or better prize.

7.3 Open contest classification. Because access to the highest-tier prize events is available to non-paying users without any financial barrier, tournaments on the Platform are classified as open skill-and-promotional contests rather than lotteries or gambling.

NiceHand Points (PTS)

PTS means Nice Hand Points.

PTS is the non-monetary tournament participation unit used within the Platform for eligible tournaments and activities, such as Daily Qualifying Tournaments (20 PTS) and Weekend Special Tournaments.

8.1 No direct cash buy-ins. No individual tournament hosted on the Platform can be entered directly using fiat currency or real money. Entry is permitted solely via non-monetary platform points (PTS).

The required PTS amount will be displayed before tournament registration.

PTS Is Not Cash

The Platform does not feature a digital wallet or cash-out function for in-game credits or points. PTS:

  • Is not legal tender
  • Is not a bank deposit
  • Cannot be withdrawn or converted back into cash
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Cannot be transferred between players
  • Has no value outside Nice Hand

PTS may only be used for purposes authorized by the Platform.

Tournaments and Qualification

Nice Hand may offer:

  • Daily Qualifying Tournaments (QT Series)
  • Weekend Special Tournaments
  • The Monthly Championship (invitation only)
  • Special qualifying events

10.1 Qualification process (QT). Daily Qualifying Tournaments are held five (5) to ten (10) times per day. The top two (2) placing users in each designated QT secure a direct, non-transferable, and non-purchasable invitation token to the Monthly Championship.

10.2 Multi-entry rules. Rules regarding multi-entry, re-entry, or re-buys using non-monetary PTS are specified in the individual game client rules and are bound by your current point balance.

Each tournament will have its own entry requirements, schedule, qualification rules, and prize structure. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable tournament information before entering.

Monthly Final

The Monthly Championship is the principal tournament for the monthly international prize.

Entry costs 0 PTS and is by invitation only. Invitations are earned by finishing in the top two of a Daily Qualifying Tournament. Entry cannot be purchased.

Only eligible and properly qualified players may participate.

The number of finalists and the tournament structure may vary by month.

International Tournament Stake Package

12.1 Nature of prizes. The primary prize of the Monthly Championship is a Sponsored Pro Staking Contract package valued between USD 10,000 and USD 20,000. The package consists of fully staked buy-ins into live, major international poker events (for example WSOP, WPT, or major poker rooms in the Philippines), together with designated travel and accommodation stipends.

Only benefits specifically stated in the applicable prize announcement are guaranteed.

12.2 Legality of high-value promotional prizes. Because the sweepstakes tournament is structured with a valid Alternative Method of Entry (Section 7), the high-value staked contract is treated as a promotional prize under Japanese open-contest frameworks and is designed to sit beneath individual state registration thresholds in regions such as Texas.

Prize Conditions

Prizes are awarded strictly upon the conclusion of verified tournament competitions.

Prize winners may be required to complete identity, age, eligibility, and other verification before receiving a prize.

Winners must provide required information within the specified deadline.

Failure to meet eligibility or verification requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to applicable law.

Taxes and Reporting

Awarded packages may trigger legal tax obligations.

  • US residents will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC.
  • Japanese residents are subject to local income tax laws regarding occasional income (一時所得).

Winners must complete identity verification (including Form W-9 where applicable) before any prize or staking voucher is released.

Prize Transfer and Cash Alternative

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Invitation tokens and tournament tickets are non-transferable
  • Qualifications are non-transferable
  • Sponsored Pro Staking Contracts are non-transferable
  • Prizes may not be sold or exchanged
  • No cash alternative is required

If a specific promotion provides otherwise, its published terms will apply.

Event Changes

Nice Hand may modify, postpone, replace, or cancel an international event or prize when reasonably necessary due to circumstances such as:

  • Event cancellation
  • Travel restrictions
  • Visa issues
  • Government requirements
  • Security concerns
  • Organizer decisions
  • Force majeure

Where reasonably possible, Nice Hand may provide an alternative event or prize of comparable value, subject to applicable law.

Poker and Tournament Rules

All games and tournaments must follow the applicable Nice Hand Poker Rules and table guide.

Players are expected to understand and follow standard poker actions and procedures, including:

  • Fold
  • Check
  • Call
  • Bet
  • Raise
  • All-in
  • Blind
  • Button
  • Pot
  • Side Pot
  • Showdown

Specific tournament rules may apply to individual events.

Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

18.1 Fair play guarantee. Collusion, chip dumping, soft playing, or sharing cards or strategies via external communication channels is strictly prohibited.

18.2 Software integrity. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), automated poker bots, solvers, or HUD software designed to gain an unfair advantage is a material breach of this Agreement.

The following are also prohibited:

  • Multi-accounting
  • Account sharing
  • Game manipulation
  • Fraud
  • Exploiting software bugs
  • Any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage

18.3 Right to audit. The Company reserves the right to audit hand histories, device indicators, and IP addresses. Suspicious accounts will face immediate freeze, permanent ban, and total prize forfeiture without compensation.

Suspension and Termination

Nice Hand may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if it reasonably believes that a player:

  • Violated this Agreement
  • Violated poker or tournament rules
  • Engaged in fraud or cheating
  • Used multiple accounts improperly
  • Manipulated a tournament
  • Provided false information
  • Created a security or legal risk

Tournament entries, qualifications, PTS, or promotional rewards may be cancelled where appropriate and permitted by law.

Technical Issues and Disconnections

Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable device, browser, and internet connection.

The Company is not responsible for user disconnections, server lag, or internet service interruptions during tournament play. Disconnected players will be automatically blinded off according to standard poker room rules.

A technical problem or loss of connection does not automatically entitle a player to a refund or replay.

If a significant technical malfunction occurs, Nice Hand may pause, resume, cancel, restart, or otherwise resolve the affected tournament.

Refunds

All digital purchases and subscriptions, including memberships and season avatars, are strictly non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Tournament entries become non-refundable once the tournament reaches its applicable registration or starting stage.

Promotions

Nice Hand may offer promotions, promotional codes, bonuses, competitions, giveaways, and special events.

Each promotion may have additional terms and eligibility requirements.

If there is a conflict between this Agreement and specific promotion terms, the promotion terms will apply to that promotion to the extent of the conflict.

Promotional abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or fraudulent activity, may result in cancellation of rewards.

Privacy

Nice Hand collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Nice Hand Privacy Policy.

  • PTS transactions

  • Fraud prevention and fair-play audits
